Step into the spotlight Paspaley. Requiring little to no introduction, you will no doubt be aware of the incredible luxury house that is Paspaley Pearls. What you may not know is that, similar to Le Louvre, Paspaley is one of the oldest, family-owned and run luxury brands in the world. As a refugee, the late Nicholas Paspaley MBE crossed the world’s oceans on a tramp steamer from a tiny island in Greece to read the remote northern coast of Australia. In the 1930s Nicholas came of age on the graceful old wooden pearling luggers and a lifetime obsession with pearls took hold. He went on to create the foundations of a company that would revolutionise the pearling industry.
Paspaley remains committed to protecting the pristine and natural oceans of Northen Australia. Driven by the philosophy ‘leave no ‘footprint’, Paspaley has long appreciated the knowledge that a pearl’s quality and beauty is intrinsically influenced by the waters in which it grows.
